I use Medication and Meditation to keep my chronic depression in acceptable Levels. While in Therapy in learned a lot about mindfulness, and in combination with the right Medication, it worked out for me... it's still a struggle, and I know, that I have to keep fighting for the rest of my Life. I also learned that it is possible to meditate to a specific word... and mine was Unyielding.
Always the hard way, no step backwards... more a curse, than something to hold on to. When you push yourself too hard, you will break. ... and it seems like this is happening to me constantly.
So this is no romantic Hardcore-Song about inner Strength and Persistence... no ... this is therapy.
